kitten with head bent to side

I have a 5 week old kitten I is walking with its head twisted to the left and cant straighten it .It has difficulty walking,but seems bright and eats well what can I do?

Hi I am sorry but you must take this kitten to the vets as soon as possible.

it sounds like he may have a genetic disability, which i am not sure is able to be cured or not. the best thing for you to do is to take him for a proper examination and see what advice they can give.

My cat had a inner ear infection when she was just 6 weeks old. I didnt know her ear was bad until she got really sick and rushed her to the vet and found out she had vertigo. She is now deaf in that ear and has a tilt but she is otherwise a normal healthy happy cat. Cats ears are very complicated always see a vet and ask them questions LOTS so they get it right. I wish I had seen the 2nd vet first and maybe it would have been better for her.

I took the kitten to the vet, but was not impressed with the outcome as the prognosis was not good.I started to give it kitten food with Gr8Acidophilus capsules and cats claw and maca. Within three days the kitten is nearly normal!! I am taking her to a wholistic vet to have her checked out now. Will keep you posted on the outcome! Nat
