Umm well i'm not sure but it is definitely not normal and needs to be looked into by a vet.

Cats especially male cats can suffer from urinary tract problems and sometimes their can be blockages too.

A vet will need to look at him to be able to say what is causing this problem so that the correct treatment can be prescribed.
