Maya has many different meanings. Depending on the language, Maya can mean, Goddess, motherly, dream, illusion. Our Maya is a beautiful tortise-shell kitty, who behaves like a goddess, looks like a dream, but has a motherly, kind disposition. (she worries over you if you are sick or not feeling well, she will even groom your hair) We love our Maya. She has brought a lot of laughter and joy to our home.
