my 18 year old cat is poorly

my cat sophie is 18 and hasnt eaten anything for 2 days going on 3 she takes little sips of water and sleeps all the time. She still purrs but her breathing seems a bit funny. Can u give me any advice on what to do? whats wrong with her?

I'm sorry but you really do need to take your cat to the vets as soon as you can.

there is no way that anyone can tell you what the issue is with your cat without an examination.

You must be prepared though, your cat is very old and she may simply be coming to the end of her life. It is your job to make sure that if this is the case that she is in no discomfort. The vet will be able to advise you further.
