My 18 year old siames mail cat is always hungry and howls all day and night?

I have an 18 1/2 year old siamese mail cat. I have 4 other siames cats in the house too. My old boy is always hungry and follows me around the house and howls all day and night for no reason? please help this is very unerving.

my advice would be to have him checked by the vet. Due to his age he may have a thyroid issue which makes them ravenously hungry.
