My Cat has lump under chin

My 15 year old cat has had a soft mass under her chin with little pin holes spot of blood coming out so I have been trying to keep it clean today i gave it a bit of a squeez and a thick white piece came out.She would not let me try to get anymore out so I just wanted to know what it could be.

Sounds Like an abscess to me caused by an infection possibly after a cat bite or scratch.

Keep an eye on it and keep it clean. if it does not start to get better after a few days then your cat may need antibiotics from the vet to clear it up.

I've found for small wounds Campophenic (no idea how to spell it!!) works really nice. It helps to dry up the wound and then it heals faster.
I've even used it on newborn kittens who have rubbed their little navels into mild irritations.
