my cat has some thing wrong with it and i don't know what it is

my cat is underweight can't stand up for more than 30 seconds and meows for no reason what do i do???????

Please do not delay take your cat urgently to see a vet. Her symptoms suggest hat something is very wrong indeed and if you delay any longer she may not survive.

Her symptoms could be an indication of a thyroid problem or even a heart issue but only a vet will be able to properly diagnose and help your cat.
