My cat is acting funny

I have about a 6 or 7 month old cat that we found when she was about 2 month old the last 2 days she has been making this funny whining noise and laying with her butt up in the air and a clear liquid has been coming out what does this mean??????

Hi have you had her spayed yet? if not then it could be that she is having her first season

The other possibility is that she has an infection. If other symptoms show themselves which are not associated with being in heat then you will need to take her to see a vet.
