My cat is acting funny.

Why would my cat be meowing non stop and making purring noises constantly? She also scoots around on her belly a lot and sticks her but up a little. Its been for about 3 or 4 days now, and today it has been way worse. She's been doing it all day long. She's still a kitten. We got her last June middle of the month and she was probably 4 weeks old then. Could she be in heat cause we have you to get her fixed. Will getting her fixed make her quit meowing so much? I think it's cute and everything but I just want to make sure nothing is wrong with her.

yes once they are spayed they will not be so frustrated and the behavior will stop. It is a simple operation which has lots of benefits for your cat.
