my cat is acting wierd

my cat is making wierd purring noises and nippling she had ran away one day and came back the next day could it be that shes pregnant or shes on heat? her stomach seems kind of bloated too........why?

Richardo, I would need more information to try and help you with this. To say your cat may be pregnant etc is of course a possibility if you have not had her spayed and allow her outside. And if she is not pregnant then yes it is possible she is in heat. But whether or not these account for her behavior is impossible to say.
