My cat is being weird and meows all the time

Ok so like all cats, mine sleeps all day! Then around 7:00pm, when my boyfriend gets home from work, he sits on the table or computer desk and meows, its a really loud meow, like he's yelling or something, why?

Also, my cat used to be my best friend, he would follow me everywhere, sleep with me at night, and cuddle with me on the couch, now he wants nothing to do with me and doesn't even want me to pet him most of the time, but like I said when my boyfriend gets home, he jumps up and nuzzles his face. Whats up with that?

Oh dear you are just like me. little mo was my cat during the day but when my partner was home, that was it, she only had eyes for him.
Sorry to say cats can be like this and in your case i think she simply prefers your boyfriend. Not to say that she does not love you any more, they just seem to have their favourites.

I don't think you can do anything about this, but continue to love your cat and give them as much attention as you can. Make sure your the one who feeds them too, this always helps.
