My Cat is drooling

My cat has been healthy and active hes almost 3 years old, he came home after calling him walking very slowly cant jump, drooling and wont eat or drink?

He may have eaten something bad or he may have been hit by a car or had a terrible shock, I think you should take him to the vets immediately.

I hope he is Ok, something has definitely happened to him poor guy. I hope he is Ok again soon
