my cat is she pregnant?

About 2 and a half months ago my cat got outside and disappeared for a week, she hasnt went into heat scent than. Could mt cat be pregnant?

I would say there is a good chance yes. It all depends on her own particular cycle.

It is difficult to tell if a cat is pregnant until the final weeks when she will show and her behavior will change.
