My Cat is very quiet and not eating much.

Hi I took my cat to the vets 4 days ago because she was being sick. They x-rayed her and everyhing was fine. They gave her a anti sickness injection and for 3 days she has been ok but the last couple of days shes been very quiet and not eating much what is wrong with her?

It is impossible to say what could be wrong. I assume the vet did a through check up and gave you some advice about making sure she drinks plenty of water etc.

Her behavior suggests that she is still feeling under the weather and this may also be due to the medication.

https://www.our-happy-cat.com/Cat vomiting can be caused by all sorts of things, such as a simple tummy bug, to poisoning from bad food etc. in most cases it will subside in a few days.

All you can do at this point is to let her rest and be quiet and make sure that she does drink some water at least to keep her hydrated.

If she is still the same in another few days, My advice would be to telephone your vets office for more advice. they may want to see her again and do some more tests if they feel it is needed.
