my cat is very skinny although she eats loads

my cat eats constantly even after ive fed her, shes become skinny and we've tried deworming medicine but it doesn't seem to have worked, what could it be?

Well there are several illnesses which have these symptoms from heart conditions, to diabetes. However in my experience one of the main causes is a problem with the thyroid. My own cat had this and it is very common. I have written a page about it for more details here

My advice is to take her to see a vet as soon as you can. If she loses too much weight then muscle will start to be weakened too. better to get a proper diagnosis and the right treatment.
