My cat's testicles regrew?

We lost him for three weeks and when we found him, his testicles had grown back. How is this possible?

Well it isn't possible, so what you are seeking could be a swelling inside caused by an infection of some sort. I would suggest you contact your vet to make an appointment as soon as you can.

I hope he is ok soon again.
