My cat's testicles regrew?

We lost him for three weeks and when we found him, his testicles had grown back. How is this possible?

Well it isn't possible, so what you are seeking could be a swelling inside caused by an infection of some sort. I would suggest you contact your vet to make an appointment as soon as you can.

I'm sorry but I confess I had a good chuckle when I read the title of your posting.

I agree that you have yourself a different cat than the one that went missing.

Just think, somewhere there could be someone saying "My cat went out and came back without his testicles!"
