My female cat has smelly stuff coming out of her

My female cat was fixed about four years ago and here recently she seems to be expelling a stinky substance from her vagina or anus im not shure what could this be and can i do anything

Hi sounds to me like she may have an infection. if this is the case then she will need antibiotics which are only available from the vet.

Apart from that there is not much you can do at home for her.

could be anal glands also
