hi ive got 2 kittens and they are 14 weeks old one male and the other female. the male sucks his sister's nipples and i dont understand why he does that and can the female get an infection or anything like that? what could the problem be?

It is probably just a throw back to when he was suckling his mother nipples for milk.
he should be growing out of this now that he is on solid food.
i would try to discourage him from doing it but i don't think it will harm your female cat.
