Cat is meowing constantly and lays down with her butt in the air! What is wrong?

well if your cat has not been spayed then her behaviour could be down to the season i.e she may be going into heat. Please see my web page here about this https://www.our-happy-cat.com/cat-in-heat.html

If it can't be this then you may have to consider that she may be ill in some way. if it continues then a trip to the vets is the only answer.
