Hi
Even neutered cats have territorial issues and as cats are not pack animals like dogs don't usually like to live too close to other cats, this is because their may not be enough territory to go around.

If your cats are indoor cats only this problem cat become an issue.

You need to do a couple of things. firstly you need to separate them and then to give them time to relax and calm down and then start to reintroduce them using the safe method described on this page

It does take some time and effort but is the best way to help all the cats settle down again.

You will also have to make sure that the cats have something new and stimulating to help distract them from any anxiety. Cats need to be kept active and engaged to keep them happy as you know and the introduction of a few new toys etc can help them relax in their home again.
