my cat is eating and drinking but he is extremely weak and is having a hard time moving without falling down

This does sound bad i'm afraid and is impossible to diagnose over the Internet. She needs to be examined by a vet as soon as possible. She may be in pain, cats are very good at hiding discomfort.
