He came from a shelter during the winter time. I named him after Oliver Twist. Who came from the slums and was accepted in a sweet and loving home

Oliver was found all by himself in a hotel garden when he was less than 10 days old. We fed him by syringe and he always wanted more - like Oliver Twist. He is now a sleek, pitch black 6kg cat.

Oliver - Our Cat

Oliver was one of our favorite cats. He has now gone wherever good cats go but we still talk about him and love him. He became "Oliver" quite by accident but the name suited him. We usually get to know our cats before we name them. Anyway, in the beginning, Oliver belonged to the whole family, "all of ours", hence, Oliver. Later he chose my son Aaron as his person and stayed with us for ten good years. He was a beautiful short-haired polydactyl. His coat was gray and white and very soft. He had bright green eyes which were ringed with black. Oliver was very vocal and would jump very high.
