One of our cats is sleeping alot

One of our 3 cats goes off by herself and seems to sleep and rest alot and is eating less. She use spend more time with the other 2 and was more active.

Is she sick and what should we do? What symtoms should we look for.

Hi
well so many things could be at play here. Sometimes as cats get older they can slow down and want to sleep more and be less active. It can also affect their appetite.

however many illnesses can also have a similar affect too and it is impossible to give you a list of symptoms but If the change in her behavior is very noticeable and she is eating a lot less then i would definitely recommend that you have a vet take a look at her. Sometimes a vet can instantly see if there is a problem and if not there are tests which can help too.
