outside cat has become very weak

i have an outside cat that has become very weak, mucus from eyes and nose today he was very staggery not able to stand well, the mucus from his nose gets dry and crusty, what could this be?

but it could be any number of other illnesses, i would not like to say for sure.

You must get this poor cat to a vets as soon as possible. It does sound like he is very ill.

i hope something can be done to help him soon.
