what is the best liquid eyecare product to use to keep a Persians eyes clean and without stains?

Hi, I am not able to say which is the best treatment for this condition as I have not myself and the need to use one.

i do have a web page with some information about eye conditions such as these and there are some treatments available on there which should be able to give you more information about each product.
