Pet just below tail gives strange behavior

My female cat is about 5 years old and fixed. I can usually scratch her right below her tail by her butt and she usually starts to meow, nip, and play.

Just the other night I noticed her bite me kind of hard when I did the same thing. Then she meows and quickly starts licking her front feet and legs. I can repeat and get the same reaction.

Other than that, she is acting normal.

Anything to worry about?

Well Mike this is odd, to me it just sounds like you tickled her too much and perhaps either hurt her a little or just gave her one of those funny all over body ripple effects caused by hitting a nerve.
I wouldn't say it was anything to worry about particualy. Make sure she is regulaly treated for fleas and worms in case this is the cause, the tail area can be the worse plae hit by fleas r mites etc.
