Pregnant cat question

My cat is pregnant and ever since she got pregnant, she's been sleeping on the floor. She's always sleeping on the couch but now she's constantly sleeping on the floor. Is that normal? I'm not worried I was just wondering :)

well it is not un normal as it were. It may simply be that she feels more comfortable down there, it may be cooler etc. Also she may find the couch difficult to get onto if she is near the end of her pregnancy.
