problem with my orphaned kittens

What can I do about my female kitten I rescued 4 from my dumpster they were only a couple weeks old the one female is constantly attacking the male she is the male cats penis to nurse on the male can't get away he walks real funny and cries when he tries to sit down he looks terribly week I've them now to eat food but he still looks franzled and week. what can I do should I put some creme his penis is raw will it ruin him for good?

i will be honest with you i can't really tell you what may be the problem here. It all depends on how old the kittens are, are they old enough to be neutered/ spayed, are they weaned yet etc.

i would not put any creme on his penis as he will lick this off and make him sick. If it is sore then he really does need to see a vet to make sure that it is not becoming infected.
