Sick kitten

I rescued a kitten when she was 4 weeks old, she is now 10 weeks old and has been happy and healthy until about a week ago, she has started to drip poop as she walks, its runny and a sandy texture. She growls at her butt when she licks it and it seems to have a rash from her excessive licking. She has also lost some weight. We also have her sister who is completely healthy and shows no signs of any sickness, I am without work and cant afford to take her to the vet right now but am very worried about her. What do you think\suggest i do thats reasonably priced?

Hi well it could be worms

Or it may be a simple tummy upset

See if these two pages are of help. Unfortunately ony a vet can diagnose the issue properly but these two causes are the most common.

best wishes Kate
