swelling on female cat side 1 month ago spayed and rabies shot

my female cat has been pulling her hair out since she got fixed she also got her rabies shot and she has been swelling a puffy knot under her side that had some ossing and now its back what can this be she doesnt act well now

Hi she may have had an allergic reaction to something the vet gave her. You need to telephone your vet and explain what has happened. he is best placed to know if these symptoms are usual or not. It is likely that he will want to see your cat again because if there is something oozing out there may well be an infection will will need treatment.
