Hi
I would strongly recommned that you take him back to the vets as soon as you can. thee other symptoms do not sound just like a water infection to me. explain to the vet that he walks into walls etc and that the weight loss is dramatic.

the vet will probably have to take some blood work to find the cause but the sooner he can do this the better the outcome for your cat.

It is impossible to try and diagnose the problem as there are many illnesses which can cause weight loss, many of which can be easily treated.

hope he is better soon

best wishes Kate
