Very thin cat

My 2 year old cat is very thin. She throws up several times a week and the food is barely chewed. We have tried soft food and hard food for sensitive stomachs. It doesn't seem to matter. She licks pictures (photographs, I guess for the chemicals), leather shoes and plastic bags. We try to keep these away from her and give her very little food at a time numerous times per day as it seems the more we put in the bowl the more likely she will vomit. Any clue what's causing this? She licks and cleans herself all the time and the inside of her back legs are licked raw. Is she OCD?

Please take your cat to the vets as soon as possible. this sounds serious and should be investigated by a professional before the cat becomes seriosly ill.
There are so many things that could cause her thiness and unusual behavior and there is no way to try and guess what the problem could be.
