we need help my cat pees and poops everywhere

My adult cat started to pee and poop all over the house. she has been litter box trained for 6 years and the past 3 months she is having "accidents" around the house except in my daughters room where she sleeps at night.

there are several possibilities here. Either your cat has a UTI infection

Or this is down to something which has upset your cat and she is desperately trying to calm herself down by making the house smell more like her. Please see this page for more on this here

If you are sure that she does not have an infection or she not feeling unwell in any way then it is behavioral and you need to take her through a period of litter training again to help her relax again. This page has more details on this method
