Weird meow

When my kitten meows his jaw shakes up and down sometimes and makes his meow sound weird.

What does that mean? Is there something wrong?

Does he always do this or when he is looking out the window at birds etc. i ask because there is a jaw motion that sounds like this which stems back to cat hunting https://www.our-happy-cat.com/cat-hunting.html

If he does it all the time then there may be a problem with his jaw and a vet should be seen soon to get it looked at.
