What could be the problem with my cat

My female cat hasn't eaten for days, she keeps peeing everywhere, and throwing up what now looks like foam. She is spayed. Any suggestions? I'm worried, she's all skin and bones now. She hardly ever even moves.

i really don't like the sound of this you have to take her to the vets as soon as you can. It is impossible to say what the problem could be as it could be any number of things but the sooner you take her to the vets the better the outcome. At the very least she sounds like she is suffering at the moment and so she needs attention now.

please don't delay she needs medical care now, hopefully it is something that the vet can help her with it may be an obstruction of some sort.
