Whats up with my cat?

I've noticed lately that my cat, Lupe, has some milky secretion coming from her vagina. She is an un-spayed female and she'll be a year old in sept. i dont know how long this has been going on but she's also been meowing at me in a very persistent way, lately--almost like she's in heat but its not like that last time she went into heat. This happened once before, when there was a dog staying with me in the house. She would meow like there was something really bothering her and one night she peed directly on me. Yeah, it sucked but I was more concerned for her. Could it really have just been the dog? Other than what I've said here she has been acting absolutely fine. At the moment I'm mainly wondering about secretion coming from her private area. Is she ok? Is this meowing thing normal or abnormal behavior? She has yet to get a check up from the vet seeing as how I'm super broke. Can you help us?

Hi
normally any white secretions from this area would suggest an infection of some description. And with any infection it needs antibiotics to clear it up (if there are no other complications), so unfortunately my advice is that she really does need to see a vet as soon as possible. It would also perhaps be advisable to have her spayed at the same time to avoid any future incidents.

If you have no money for vet treatment, find out if there are any animal charities in your area which may be bale to help, often there are. I do have a few animal shelters on my site here https://www.our-happy-cat.com/cat-shelters.html
however if you telephone your vets they may be able to tell you of local help for cats.

I do hope you can find some help soon.

best wishes Kate
