whats wrong

my cat is loosing hair shes not shedding you can see her skin and shes itching at her neck alot andi checked it it was really red like dried up blood and shes cleaning herself alot.so can u please help me

sounds like she has fleas to me especailly if it is worse round her neck. She may also be allergic t the flea bites and that is making her itch like crazy. My cat was allergic too and we had to get her injected by the vet to help to stop the itching and then had to treat her every month with spot on flea treatment.
If the condition is as bad as it sounds a trip to the vets soon is probably the best solution.
