why does my male cat roll dough on my bed covers and hiss and hump the covers

i raised my cat from two days old on a bottle. hes almost two yrs old now and has started rolling dough on my bed covers ,hisses and humps the covers.why does he do this he never rolled dough before even when he was a baby. and if you try to move the covers he acts like hes going to come after your hands.

Have you had him neutered? I ask this as his behavior sounds like a frustrated tom cat to me.

If he is neutered then this could just be play, in which case you need to help him understand that this behavior is unacceptable by using this discipline method
