12 week old kitten and blood

today i gave my 12 week old kitten a bath and he peed out some brown/red colored blood he seems fine hes been play,eating,drinking,etc. what could be wrong with him?

should we take him to a vet?

Hi it could be that he is suffering from an urinary infection. Yes I would definately take him to the vets to have checked out as this is definately not normal.

I hope he is Ok again soon
