3 month old kitten cut

my 3 month old kitty ran away for 2 nights she came with a cut on her stomach what should i do??

Hi well you need to clean the area with just warm water to try and get rid of any dirt you will have to be very gentle. i would also get her to see a vet as she may need to have an antibiotic injection to prevent infections setting in and stopping the wound from healing.
