crying kitty

I have a 4 1/2 month old kitty that is crying a lot and laying down with her butt in the air. She seems to be fine she is playful with me but when it comes to our 3 month old kitty she just lays there while that kitty tries to play. We are thinking maybe she is constipated or has a belly ache. What do you think?

yes she could be constipated if you have not seen her using the litter but her symptoms also suggest being in heat. Kittens mature quite quickly and some earlier than others.
