Maybe my cat has a UTI?

Hi I have a ragdoll cat who just turned one years old and she has been constantly going in and out of the litterbox but nothing is coming out such as pee or poop then we find a little spot of pee that has a hint of pink color in it as if it was blood also she is constantly licking her butt area. Could this be a urinary track infection. We've taken her to the vet and thats what they said it probably was so they gave us some medicine and it worked but as soon as we stopped she is back with the same symptoms. Could she be constipated as well? Thank you so much I could take any advice possible

yes it does sound like she has a UTi infection and if she has also not passed anything else then constipation is likely.
