Moaning Cat

our neutered young cat has started walking around the house moaning very loudly. any ideas why? In the picture she is the gray and white cat. the black and white cat is bubba.

I'm not sure what you mean by moaning. I assume it is some sort of cat call that she is making. As she is spayed it is not associated with being in heat and so it must be to get your attention.

Cats use their voice either for mating purposes or to get attention from their owners.

If she is actually moaning, then it may be worth considering whether or not she is in some sort of discomfort, in which case your only option would be to take her to the vets to have her checked over.
