i really dont know what to do any more, im losing sleep and money at work from watching him so he dont pull them out :(
hes got one of them plastic collars on his neck, but he can reach them!
its really stressing him and me out

Any help would be good :)

I'm sorry but there really is no other way of stopping him pulling the stitches out if he can reach them. you could ask the vet for a bigger collar cone so that he can't get to them. however the vet may say that the leg may have healed sufficiently just to let nature takes its course and stitches are no longer necessary.

telephone your vets office and see what they suggest over the phone. they may want to see him again to check up on the condition of the wound so that they judge whether or not stitches are still required etc. they may also be able to give your cat a hab to reduce any itching which is causing your cat to pull at the stitches also.

best wishes kate
