My cat champ

Champ is acting all wired up like he has had a energy drink. he has little spots with missing hair right above his eyes and those spots are red. he is scratching at it real bad

Sounds to me like he either has fleas or perhasp ear mites. This would cause him to be distressed as it can itch real bad and be painful.
