my cat has blood coming from their behind

What is wrong with a cat which has dried blood and looking red and sore round its bum ? and is eating something that has came out of his bum ?

well it could be a female cat in heat, or a female cat which has had an aggressive mating. If not then any blood coming from the rear end needs to be checked out by a vet urgently.

It is impossible to say what the cause could be but any blood in the feces etc is not a good sign and needs to be checked out.
