This stray i just picked up looks around 3-6 weeks old and i have bought formula for it, when its hungry it does make a lot of noise but when it looks at me and sees me before and after it looks like its trying to cry but Makes no noise what so ever. I'm just curious on why its doing that can someone get back to me Very quickly

i wouldn't worry too much about this, my own cat does this sometimes. the silent mews we call it. i don't think we know for sure why there is no sound, they say that cats use different frequencies depending on the situation and it could just be that that when he is not crying for food he uses a lower or higher frequency which we cannot hear so well.

best wishes Kate
