Rosie Cat - A Cat Rescue Story

Like so many others, we were heartbroken after losing our beloved Hollie after 13 years, she left a big hole in our heart, she was diagnosed with a bone cancer and was inoperable and she was in discomfort, we both made the decision to let her go......she was in our arms when she releashed from her pain.

Without a cat in our life we were incomplete, after a while we decided to visit the Colchester Cat Rescue (where we got Hollie from, we were introduced to Duchess a silver grey tabby, about 18 months old who had a pretty tough start in life and was here in the cat rescue centre.

We both fell in love with her and after a while took her home. We renamed her Rosie and now 2 years on she is still settling in and finding her confidence, we think that she had never been outside prior to being rescued.

She is a loving cat and always keeping us on our toes, despite still being very very nervous and not at all confident about going outside she has shown us such trust in us, we love her to bits.
