serious cat illness

I dont know whats wrong with my cat but he cant walk and he wont eat or drink water. we have to put this water dropper in his mouth to give him water. Can you tell me what's wrong?

Please take your cat to the vets as soon as possible. these symptoms sound very serious indeed.

There is no way for anyone to be able to diagnose his problem without an examination. he may have been knocked over , he may have fallen, he may have a serious illness, only a vet will be able to know.

This describes my older male cat who had a blocked urethra (urine tube) and he had gotten toxic.
