slim is coming from my cats mouth and he keeps sneezing

Hi,

My cat has slim coming from his mouth and is sneezing a lot and foaming at the mouth. I can't afford to take him to the vet and I let him outside every now and again. But its winter and cold where I am. What disease or sickness could cause these symptoms? :(

well it could be many things but the two that pop into mind first is that he could have either cat flu or he has eaten something bad.
